These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Green Bloom Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Green Bloom Global", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Unveil My Dreams website and related services (the "Service"). Unveil My Dreams is a brand and platform owned and operated by Green Bloom Global LLC (greenbloomglobal.org). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Unveil My Dreams generates AI-assisted interpretations of dreams that you voluntarily submit. The Service is provided for personal reflection and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, spiritual, financial, or legal advice, and must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or, in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and phone verification
You may use the Service as a guest, or create an account by verifying a mobile phone number via SMS code. Your phone number functions as your username. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Message and data rates may apply to verification messages sent by your carrier.
4. Credits and purchases
- Interpretations are paid for either as a guest (per dream) or by spending credits associated with your account.
- Credit packages are sold at the prices shown at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time for future purchases. You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes.
- Credits are a limited license to access digital content. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire if your account remains inactive for an extended period (we will give reasonable notice before expiry).
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- Submit personal data of other identifiable people without their permission;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service;
- Use the Service to provide professional advice to third parties or to build a competing product.
6. Your content and our output
You retain ownership of the dream text you submit ("Input"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the Input solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. The AI-generated interpretation ("Output") is provided to you for your personal use; you may keep, print, or share it.
Because AI output is generated probabilistically, identical or similar Inputs may produce similar Outputs for other users, and we make no claim of exclusivity over any Output.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the Unveil My Dreams and Green Bloom Global names and marks, is owned by or licensed to Green Bloom Global LLC and is protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.
8. AI limitations and disclaimer of warranties
The Service relies on third-party AI models and may produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Bloom Global LLC and its officers, members, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Bloom Global LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6 through 10 and 12 through 14) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to section 13, the exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration will be the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Binding arbitration and class waiver
Please read this section carefully. Except for claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual-property rights and claims that may be brought in small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or by videoconference. The arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and Green Bloom Global agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@greenbloomglobal.org within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, identifying yourself and stating that you opt out.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you through the Service or by another reasonable means before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
