- Dream content: the text of the dream you submit, any voice recording you dictate for transcription, and the depth option you choose.
- Interpretation history: the AI-generated outputs tied to your account, so you can revisit them.
- Payment data: records of credit purchases and guest payments. Card or wallet details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store them on our own systems.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser metadata, log timestamps, and basic usage events needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
- To provide the interpretations and features you request;
- To verify your phone number and protect your account;
- To process payments, manage credit balances, and prevent fraud;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations;

4. AI processing
To generate interpretations, the dream text you submit (and audio you dictate, for transcription) is sent to third-party AI model providers acting as our service providers. We do not use your dream content to train AI models. Outputs are stored against your account so that your history page works; guest interpretations are not retained in a personal history.
5. Disclosure of information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Cloud hosting and database providers that store and serve the Service;
- SMS providers used to send phone verification codes;
- AI model and transcription providers used to generate interpretations;
- Payment processors used to take payment for credits and guest purchases;
- Professional advisors, auditors, and authorities where required by law;
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.
6. Data retention
- Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes and meet legal obligations.
- Dream content and interpretations are kept until you delete them or close your account.
- Payment and tax records are kept for the period required by US federal and state law.
- Guest interpretations are not stored against an identifiable account.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, server-side authorization rules, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International visitors
